Since purchasing the property at the beginning of 2015 we have had full support from the managers and we feel that you are looking out for our best interests. Our unit has only been vacant for the transition times between tenants moving out, inspection etc and new tenants moving in. Since Nadine has taken over the management I have found her to be very prompt with her actions and responses and she is always researching improved and/or cheaper ways to provide the services required to meet all obligations. She has a great understanding of regulations and duties as a landlord. It is good to know that our investment is being taken care of and we don't have to worry about the nitty gritty of it all.
I own an investment property at Edgewater residence since mid-2014, and I can definitely say that ever since Nadine has come on board, she has looked after the property and the property owners really well. Her quest to improve communications with the owners deserves a special praise. She has introduced several ways to us to cut down on the expenses(without compromising on the quality) incurred towards property maintenance, and that is well appreciated. She does many more things, such distributing newsletter which gives us visibility on the Edgewater residences in general and also sends out the invoices and updates timely. In short, everyone associated with Edgewater Residence is lucky to have her on board.
