Edgewater Car Park Rental Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1. The Edgewater Car Space Rental Scheme - The voluntary car space rental scheme between residents at Edgwater Residences
2. Edgewater - The Edgewater Residences community located at 29-40 Varsity Pde, Varsity Lakes, QLD, 4227
3. The Body Corporate - The Body Corporate for Edgewater Residences CTS 45354
4. The Lessor - The Edgewater resident offering the car space for rent
5. The Renter - The Edgewater resident paying The Lessor for ongoing use of the car space
6. The Car Space - The car space belonging to The Lessor which is let out as part of The Edgewater Car Space Rental Scheme
7. The Vehicle - The vehicle belonging to The Renter which is stored at The Car Space as part of The Edgewater Car Space Rental Scheme

2. Payments:

1. There is a fixed monthly fee of $60 to be paid in advance
2. Payments can be made directly between The Renter to The Lessor or via the building manager for a $10 fee to be paid by The Lessor
3. Payments are to be made by bank transfer or Credit Card payment only for purposes of traceabillty

3. Damages

1. The Edgewater Residences Body Corporate, it's representative committee and the Building Manager will not be held accountable for any damages to The Lessor's car space or The Renter's vehicle taking part in The Edgewater Car Space Rental Scheme
2. The Renter takes full responsibility for any damages caused to The Car Space during The Rental Period

3. The Renter takes full responsibility for any damages caused to The Vehicle during The Rental Period
